1) How to be a Tron Dealz member?
Once you have subscribe to Tron, you are already a Tron Dealz member.
2) What are the benefits of being a Tron Dealz member?
You will be able to enjoy exclusive discounts and deals from Tron merchants.
3) There are too many deals on your website, how can I search for specific dealz?
You may use the search function provided at Tron Dealz by entering the keyword.
4) When and how will I receive my Tron Dealz voucher?
The voucher will be emailed to you once you have downloaded the deal of your choice.
5) What if I haven’t received my Tron Dealz voucher in my email?
If you cannot find your voucher in your email, you can check at Tron Account. You will be able to find the list of available vouchers on your dashboard. Also, please verify that your Tron deal voucher hasn’t been redirected to your Junk Mail or Spam folder. To prevent this from happening, be sure to add email@example.com to your safe senders list.
6) What is the validity of my redeemed voucher?
Your voucher is valid for a specific duration of time with a specific expiry date. This information can be found on the Terms & Conditions section of your voucher.
7) What if my voucher has expired?
Once your voucher has expired, there will not be any extensions granted.
8) Where do I pay for my voucher?
All payments should be made directly to the respective merchant.
9) Will my information be shared with the Merchant?
In line with the PDPA act, Tron will not share your personal information without your permission. Merchants will not be able to obtain your information unless it requires a certain information for you to redeem a particular deal. In such instances, you will be informed of it and you can opt not to download the voucher.
