How to switch to Tron

You will need to fulfil these requirements to ensure your switch to Tron is successful:

  • You must be aged 12 and above.
  • You must have MyKad/Passport for verification.
  • You have settled all your bills with your current mobile service provider.
  • Your mobile number is registered under your name and it’s not tied to any contract.
  • Your current mobile line is still active.
  • You are not blacklisted by any mobile service provider.

Process

STEP 1 > Registration

Please ensure all mandatory details are fill in during the registration process.

STEP 2 > Payment

The cost to switching to Tron will be based on the selected reload package:

Reload RM50, get RM53
Reload RM100, get RM103

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after completing your payment.

STEP 3 > Verification

Tron Customer Service will call you within 3 days to confirm your details and port in request.

STEP 4 > Delivery

Tron will courier the SIM Card within 3 to 5 working days.

STEP 5 > Submission

When you received your Welcome Letter and SIM Card from Tron, you will need to log on here to key in the serial number to start your port in process, within 30 days from receiving the Welcome Letter.

Alternatively, you can call Tron Customer Careline to help you submit the port in request. If you fail to submit your request within 30 days, the SIM Card will be invalid and our system will automatically terminate the order, all charges paid will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Tron will process your port in application between 1 to 3 days. Any remaining credit from your previous mobile operator will be forfeited upon successful activation of the service by Tron.
